DeutschIn its first decision on the DSGVO, the Supreme Court clarified that the chassis number of a passenger car of the applicant published in a Supreme Court decision in the RIS is not a date that can be made anonymous as defined in Section 15 (4) OGHG. Chassis numbers are also not personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 no. 1 DSGVO. Therefore, the applicant has no right to anonymisation.[1]
