DeutschOur partner Michael BRAND has been appointed by the President of the Commercial Court of Vienna as a sworn and certified expert in the field of protection of confidential information and trade secrets pursuant to Section 37 j (6) 4 KartG and Section 26 h (2) UWG.
These experts are appointed by the court to ensure that confidential information and business secrets are protected in court proceedings by having the expert prepare summaries from evidence that do not contain confidential information in which a party or a third party has legitimate confidentiality interests. Michael BRAND is the first expert in Austria to be appointed in this field.
